Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Pueblo. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a meaningful impact and providing care that respects client autonomy and dignity. RBTs work directly with clients across settings, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

Key Responsibilities

Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

Provide direct 1:1 ABA services in home, clinic, school, community, and telehealth settings

Use trauma-informed, assent-based approaches in all interactions

Collect accurate data and maintain session documentation

Collaborate with caregivers and team members to support skill generalization
-
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing supervision
-
Maintain professionalism and uphold ethical standards in accordance with the BACB

Qualifications

Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)

High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

Experience working with children or individuals with developmental differences preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Valid Driver's License

Reliable transportation and ability to travel between service locations

Commitment to trauma-informed, assent-based care

Must be able to pass a background check

Ability to perform physical tasks such as running, quick movement, and responding to elopement or safety concerns
