Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Pueblo, CO (home, clinic, school, and community)
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time


Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Pueblo. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a meaningful impact and providing care that respects client autonomy and dignity. RBTs work directly with clients across settings, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA services in home, clinic, school, community, and telehealth settings

  • Use trauma-informed, assent-based approaches in all interactions

  • Collect accurate data and maintain session documentation

  • Collaborate with caregivers and team members to support skill generalization

  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing supervision

  • Maintain professionalism and uphold ethical standards in accordance with the BACB

Qualifications

  • Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental differences preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between service locations

  • Commitment to trauma-informed, assent-based care

  • Must be able to pass a background check

  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as running, quick movement, and responding to elopement or safety concerns
