Job Title: Qualified Autism Service Provider - Supervisor (QASP-S)
Location: Pueblo, CO (home, clinic, school, community, and telehealth settings)
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented QASP-S to join our team in Pueblo. This role is ideal for someone stepping into or continuing in a supervisory position who is looking for ongoing mentorship, meaningful support, and the freedom to grow as a clinician and leader. As a QASP-S, you will play a key role in supporting clinical programming, mentoring RBTs, and collaborating closely with BCBAs and leadership. You will not be expected to navigate supervision alone—our team is committed to providing guidance, collaboration, and opportunities for continued learning every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and oversight of individualized treatment plans

  • Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and behavior technicians

  • Deliver caregiver training to support skill generalization and family engagement

  • Collaborate with BCBAs and leadership on clinical decision-making

  • Assist with assessments, program development, and data analysis

  • Ensure all services are delivered using trauma-informed, assent-based practices

  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing training

  • Support a positive team culture and professional development across staff

  • Provide services across home, clinic, school, community, and telehealth settings

Qualifications

  • Current QASP-S certification (or eligibility)

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s preferred or in progress)

  • Experience in ABA and working with individuals with developmental differences

  • Experience providing supervision or mentorship preferred

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

  • Commitment to trauma-informed, assent-based care

  • Ability to work across multiple service settings

  • Reliable transportation
