Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Pueblo, CO (home, clinic, school, community, and telehealth settings)
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and values-aligned BCBA to join our team in Pueblo. This role is ideal for someone passionate about trauma-informed, assent-based ABA and interested in contributing to a collaborative, supportive clinical culture. The BCBA will provide high-quality clinical services across settings while also supporting the growth and development of team members.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide ongoing supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Deliver caregiver training to promote generalization and family empowerment

Ensure implementation of trauma-informed, assent-based interventions at all times

Supervise services across home, clinic, school, community, and telehealth settings
-
Support staff professional development and mentorship
-
Oversee and support fieldwork hours accrual for trainees

Collaborate regularly with the leadership team on clinical and organizational initiatives

Coordinate care with other providers (e.g., speech, OT, mental health professionals)

Develop and deliver team trainings and continuing education opportunities

Maintain high standards of ethical and clinical practice in alignment with the BACB

Qualifications

Current BCBA certification in good standing

Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

Experience supervising RBTs and/or trainees
-
Strong commitment to trauma-informed, assent-based care

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
-
Ability to perform physical tasks such as running, quick movement, and responding to elopement or safety concerns

Ability to work across multiple environments (home, clinic, school, community, telehealth)
